Recovering from a hand injury this off-season has not set Cory back very far.  He still shows plus arm strength and power at the plate.  Containing his fiery attitude on the mound and at the plate is his only weakness at this point.  With smooth actions on the mound and a CH that is developing into a plus pitch give him a high ceiling as a prospect.  At the plate he may have an even higher ceiling.  He generates power from a coiling approach to attacking the baseball and the ball jumps off his bat.  He could get even more power by shortening his stroke and swinging with less of an uppercut, but for high school he is just fine.
