One of the hardest workers around, Scott has an insatiable appetite for baseball and his work ethic shows on the field.  As a competitor he has few equals and with all of these traits he is a welcome addition to any team.  Has a short-compact stroke at the plate and his hands fly through the zone.  Very smooth in the field but more importantly makes few mistakes mentally.  Is a very focused individual.
